Bird Eye Chilli - Green

Bird's eye chilies are small, thin, pointy peppers that turn red when mature. They are green when unripe but can still be eaten. They are famous for their peppery flavor and intense heat. They are about 10 times hotter than jalapenos. It measures around 50,000 - 100,000 Scoville units. To preserve them longer, they are often pickled or dried. Its popularly used in making a various variety of sauces, condiments and is often served alongside dishes.
